took me about 5 minutes to remember my password then realize i completely forgot it... and another few minutes trying to figure out which email i used for this blog :S well i'm here now !

handed in my assignment earlier today :) i'm free for the weekend to simmer in my bed for unlimited hours while rotting my eyes with even more computer-ness! ah

ah so many things to do ...

- make hard drive cases (point blank styles!)
- film more , make more
- horse riding
- gun range
- sell clothes
- exercise (haha...)
- drums!!


and many more where that came from.. all tedious but well worth it at the end. too bad my ass is stuck to my bed (hmm that sounds odd)

no deep thoughts these days, just feels like im breezing past everything and before u know it, i'll be in HK

i did notice one thing tho.

Even though we had some sad times... I didn't write about you at all in my diary.. When i look back its all these weird, random sad thoughts and about people that make me upset and etc but somehow YOU are not in it :o and we'be been some tough times . What does that mean :S

anyways enough about me, how are you 'nobody-who-reads-my-blog' ? i'm not even gonna bother sharing this on fb. this whole post is really just a waste of time and if you're still reading this then i applaud you.

I haven't blogged in so long.. i guess this would be a good time to start again.
Why you ask? WELL, I have a pitch to present to my class tomorrow so obviously
the only reasonable explanation is that I should procrastinate on every website
before I start working on it fully....

What am I even getting at? What is the point of this entry... hmm let's talk about my Matte Painting Summative.
(wait why is there a red squiggly line underneath 'Summative' ..)

If you don't know what a matte painting is then... google it.

Our brief is to show what Auckland will be like in 2100.
At first I was going to go with the usual water level rising shit and have Auckland submerged in water. The
high class will be able to afford living on top of tall buildings and the working class etc would live closer to the water rarara.

BUT HEY. Changed my idea, I think I like this one better. (My mum likes it too......) ('my mum thinks I'm cool')

Auckland 2100 = New virus outbreak. "Deadly Depression" This new type of Depression will obviously be deadly..that is
if your endorphin levels are too low. What are endorphins? erm... That feeling you get when you eat da chocorate.
Sooooo.... (omg this is going to be how I explain it to my class....not good) like... soo..er yeah. -_-

This new virus creates stress and emotional pain to the human body, the only way to stay alive..(ah ah ah ah stayin' alive) is to have endorphins naturally released within your body (man-made pills/injections will not work ..because f*ck you).
Therefore, Auckland will be populated with carnival-like machines. Everybody will have an Endorphin bracelet that
tracks your level of endorphins to ensure that you are not running low. If you do not have enough then your body will go into stress and you will have a heart attack and YOU WILL DIEEEE.
Bumper cars will take over the roads, roller coasters will be everywhere, spinning tea cup shit . etc. Fast food stands everywhere just in case you are running low and need a quick boost......

I hope that will be enough information for my pitch tomorrow, I'm still quite lost about it... MMM

First Digital Illustration

So I just finished my digital illustration elective assignment a few days ago, and I haven't updated this blog in shoooo long.

Hm, so the brief was to illustrate your environment. This is a pretty straightforward idea of my environment hahaha so yeaaahh ...WOW I have not blogged in so long I don't know what to say except YAY I'm on holiday for 2 weeks now and my birthday is this weekend weeEEEeeEeEeee !

Belated 'List of Awesomeness 2010-2011'

Ooooops, this is so late.. haha I never got around to actually posting the photos from the list that me and lou were trying to complete. Here is the LINK for the previous one we did together when we were both in HK in 2009-2010??

This time me and lou were in different countries, i was in HK and she was in KR. We came up with a list of things to do (yet again) whilst having coffee at Frasers one day before our departure. Here's a quick overview of the list, followed by the photos that i was able to complete :D 1. Take a distorted picture without digital enhancement. 2. Picture with biggest Christmas Tree in town! 3. Make an abstract video promoting the city. 1 Minute, Editing allowed. 4. Take a picture of something that is reminiscent of the other. 5. Take a picture with the (• blank) sign in a famous area. 6. FOB signs. 7. Take a photo at a club. 8. Take a picture that belongs to the caption 'Awkward'. 9. Serious lookbook photo with new clothes. 10. The Naked Man

Just finished my last life drawing class this week since it's my last year of uni. I would be lying if I said I'm glad it's all over... It was all such a good experience to learn and improve on basic drawing and lighting techniques... Not that I particularly enjoy staring at naked people.. (although we occasionally get some good looking people :P)

Still have to add some finishing touches to the class work and I'll be all set for Tuesday's hand-in :D but still got quite a lot to do for illustration storyboard for Wednesday hand-in... Eeeek!

Currently trying to finish my character story board and life drawing illustrations for next weeks hand-ins on tues and wed,
after that I have a hand in for the following tues for a 2 min video project. For that I'm doing an interactive Youtube video that consists of 6 mini videos... hopefully it will all pan out well :)
